Presence of CNS infection symptoms such as fever, altered mental status, and positive cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) findings.\n\nEVD placement for managing CNS infections.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\nKnown allergy to tigecycline or colistimethate sodium.
