Diluted triamcinolone acetonide (40 mg\u002Fml) will be used to visualize the vitreous. After core vitrectomy, posterior hyaloid detachment will be attempted with the vitrectomy cutter in the suction mode. Then, the ILM will be stained using 0.05% Brilliant Blue G (OCUBLUE PLUS, India).\n\nIn Group A: tenon capsule graft will be attempted In Group B: free flap ILM peeling will be attempted SF6 gas will be used as tamponade in both groups More than one vitreoretinal surgeon will participate",[9,14],[25,14],"Ilm flap",null,[28,33],{"name":29,"role":30,"phone":31,"phoneExt":26,"email":32},"Khaled Nehad Elsherief","CONTACT","0201225602369","khalednehad0100209@med.asu.edu.eg",{"name":34,"role":30,"phone":35,"phoneExt":26,"email":26},"Mohammad Ahmed Rashad","+20 111 575 8888",[37],{"facility":5,"status":38,"city":39,"state":40,"zip":26,"country":41,"countryCode":42,"cosmosGeoPoint":43,"geoPoint":48,"contacts":26},"RECRUITING","Cairo","Abbassia","Egypt","EG",{"type":44,"coordinates":45},"Point",[46,47],31.24967,30.06263,{"lat":47,"lon":46},{"type":50,"investigatorFullName":26,"investigatorTitle":26,"investigatorAffiliation":26,"oldNameTitle":26,"oldOrganization":26},"SPONSOR","100643696",false,"NCT07633457","Comparison Between Outcomes of Closure of Idiopathic Macular Hole Using Autologus Tenon Capsule Graft and Internal Limiting Membrane Flap Techniques (Pilot Study)","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patients diagnosed with idiopathic full-thickness macular hole\n* ≥400 µm in horizontal diameter\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Media opacity preventing adequate OCT\u002FOCTA imaging\n* Other retinal vascular pathology as retinal vascular occlusion\n* Intraoperative complications\n* Signal noise ratio using OCTA \\\u003C6\\\\10\n* Poor fixation of the patient","ALL",{"count":58,"type":59},20,"ESTIMATED","INTERVENTIONAL",[62],"NA","The aim of this study is to compare the functional visual outcomes, anatomical closure rate and macular perfusion changes assessed by OCT and OCTA after surgical repair of macular hole using Tenon capsule graft versus ILM flap.",[65,66,67,68,69],"Macular Hole Surgery","ILM Peeling","Tenon Capsule","ILM Flap","Macular Hole",[71,9,72,73],"Macular hole","Tenon capsule","Graft","2026-06-04",{"date":76,"type":77},"2026-06-08","ACTUAL",{"date":79,"type":77},"2025-11-09",{"date":81,"type":59},"2028-01-01",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
