It will also learn about the efficacy of arterial embolization with Lipiodol® in reducing pain and improving hand function.\n\nThe main questions it aims to answer are:\n\n* What are the side effects and complications associated with the Lipiodol® arterial embolization procedure?\n* Does arterial embolization reduce pain intensity and improve hand function?\n\nResearchers will evaluate patients over a 6-month period to assess the safety of Lipiodol® embolization and its impact on joint pain, swelling, and functional capacity. Participants will:\n\n* Undergo arterial embolization with Lipiodol®\n* Participate in regular follow-ups to monitor pain relief, hand function, and any side effects\n* Have imaging studies to assess changes in joint vascularisation and damage",[76],"Osteoarthritis",[78,79,80],"Therapeutic embolization","Safety","Hand osteoarthritis","2026-05-04",{"date":83,"type":84},"2026-05-05","ACTUAL",{"date":86,"type":84},"2025-01-30",{"date":88,"type":69},"2028-07-15",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
