A dual-task is a simultaneously performed motor and cognitive task. Exergaming describes physically active gaming. The main questions the study aims to answer are:\n\n* Can performance in visual and auditory dual-task paradigms explain performance in an immersive exergaming task in healthy athletes?\n* How are exergaming scores associated with athletic performance tests?\n* What biomechanical movement patterns are shown during dual-tasks? Researchers will also compare performance of those experienced with jumping and those inexperienced with jumping.\n\nParticipants will:\n\n* Complete two sessions performing athletic performance tests, cognitive tasks, and different dual-tasks while their movement pattern is recorded\n* Complete questionnaires on load, stress, and sleep during the sessions",[27],"Healthy Athlete",[29],"dual task","RECRUITING","2026-03-26",{"date":33,"type":34},"2026-04-01","ACTUAL",{"date":36,"type":34},"2026-03-24",{"date":38,"type":21},"2026-08",{"name":40,"class":41},"Zurich University of Applied Sciences","OTHER",""]
