The main questions it aims to answer are:\n\nDoes opioid-free anesthesia reduce postoperative opioid consumption compared to fentanyl-based anesthesia? Does opioid-free anesthesia result in lower postoperative pain scores?\n\nResearchers will compare the dexmedetomidine-ketamine group to the fentanyl-based anesthesia group to see if opioid-free anesthesia reduces opioid requirements and improves recovery quality.\n\nParticipants will receive either a dexmedetomidine-ketamine based OFA protocol or conventional fentanyl-based anesthesia during surgery and will be monitored for pain, opioid consumption, and recovery outcomes postoperatively.",[26,27,28],"Kidney Stone","Retrograde Intrarenal Surgery (RIRS)","Postoperative Pain",[30,31,32,33,34,35],"Opioid-Free Anesthesia","Dexmedetomidine","Ketamine","Postoperative Analgesia","Multimodal Analgesia","Laryngeal Mask Airway","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-06-04",{"date":39,"type":40},"2026-06-09","ACTUAL",{"date":42,"type":20},"2026-06-01",{"date":44,"type":20},"2026-08-10",{"name":46,"class":47},"murat sahin","OTHER",""]
