Digital scans of teeth requiring fixed dental prosthesis will be collected and used to generate prosthetic designs using two approaches: human-designed CAD restorations and AI-generated restorations.\n\nThe primary outcome is design accuracy assessed using 3D superimposition and Intersection over Union (IOU) percentage. Secondary outcomes include margin detection performance measured using F1 score, precision, and recall. A total sample size of 438 scans will be analyzed.\n\nThe study will determine whether AI-generated prosthesis designs demonstrate comparable accuracy to conventional digital designs.",[26],"Accuracy of Artificial Intelligence in Fixed Dental Prosthesis Design",[28,29,30,31,32,33,34,35],"Artificial Intelligence","CAD\u002FCAM","Fixed Dental Prosthesis","Dental Crown Design","3D Superimposition","Deep Learning","Generative Adversarial Network (GAN)","Prosthodontics","RECRUITING","2026-02-19",{"date":39,"type":40},"2026-02-25","ACTUAL",{"date":42,"type":40},"2025-06-15",{"date":44,"type":20},"2026-06-17",{"name":46,"class":47},"October University for Modern Sciences and Arts","OTHER",""]
