Informed consent\n2. Age 18-85 years\n3. High burden paroxysmal AF (≥1%)\n4. Moderate-severe OSA (AHI ≥ 15)\n5. Implanted device with atrial diagnostics\n6. Enrolled in remote monitoring\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. AF ablation \\\u003C6 months\n2. Valvular abnormalities\n3. Excessive daytime sleepiness in safety-critical jobs\n4.
