PODOMOUNT-Basket, a Study to Test Whether BI 764198 Helps Adults and Adolescents With Different Types of Kidney Disease

This study is open to adults with certain kidney conditions, including secondary focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (sFSGS), treatment-resistant primary minimal change disease (TR-pMCD), Alport Syndrome (AS), and treatment-resistant primary membranous nephropathy (TR-pMN). Adolescents with treatment-resistant primary MCD can also participate in this study. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called BI 764198 helps people with these kidney conditions. Participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. One group takes BI 764198 tablets, and the other group takes placebo tablets. Placebo tablets look like BI 764198 tablets but do not contain any medicine. Participants take a tablet once a day for 20 weeks. All participants also continue their standard medication for their kidney condition during the study. Participants have twice the chance of being placed in the BI 764198 group than in the placebo group. Participants are in the study for about 7 months. During this time, they visit the study site 6 times and have 3 phone calls. Doctors regularly test the protein levels in participants' urine by collecting urine samples. They also check kidney function by taking blood samples. The results are compared between the two groups to see whether the treatment works. The doctors also regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects.

DAREON®-NEC-1: A Study in People With Advanced Extrapulmonary Neuroendocrine Cancer (epNEC) to Compare Obrixtamig Plus Carboplatin and Etoposide Treatment With Standard Chemotherapy

This study is open to adults with advanced extrapulmonary neuroendocrine cancer. The purpose of this study is to find out if a study medicine called obrixtamig plus standard chemotherapy (carboplatin and etoposide) improves survival when compared to standard chemotherapy (carboplatin and etoposide) alone. Obrixtamig is an antibody-like molecule that may help the immune system fight cancer. Another purpose of the study is to test a medical device being developed to measure levels of the tumour marker delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3). Participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. One group (treatment arm) receives obrixtamig and standard chemotherapy followed by obrixtamig alone for up to 3 years. The other group (control arm) receives standard chemotherapy without obrixtamig for about 4 months. All treatments are given as infusions into a vein. During the study, participants in both groups visit the study site regularly. Participants in the treatment arm stay overnight at the study site following the first 2 obrixtamig treatments. The doctors regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. At some of the visits, doctors check the size of the tumour(s). The results are compared between the 2 groups to see whether the treatment works.

Intraoperative Cognitive Load in Anesthesia Nurses Across Anesthetic Phases

The goal of this observational study is to measure the cognitive load (mental effort) of anesthesia nurses during real surgical procedures at Hospital Clínic de Barcelona, Spain. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does cognitive load vary across the three phases of anesthetic care (induction, maintenance, and emergence/recovery)? * Is cognitive load higher during general anesthesia than during spinal anesthesia with sedation? * How do surgical specialty and patient complexity relate to cognitive load? * How does monitor alarm perception relate to cognitive load during surgery? Participants (anesthesia nurses) will complete the NASA Task Load Index (NASA-TLX) questionnaire - a validated 6-item tool measuring mental effort - three times per surgical case: after induction or spinal block, during maintenance, and after patient awakening or sedation reversal. They will also answer 4 brief questions about alarm management at the end of each case. No changes are made to clinical care. Participation adds approximately 11 minutes per surgical case.

Long-term Follow-up of Participants Treated With Galapagos Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T-cell Therapies

This is a long-term follow-up study for participants treated with Galapagos (GLPG) CAR T-cell therapies to evaluate the long-term safety and efficacy of GLPG CAR T-cell products for 15 years post infusion. Per Health Authorities guidelines for gene therapy medicinal products that utilize integrating vectors (e.g. lentiviral vectors), long term safety and efficacy follow up of treated patients is required. The purpose of this study is to monitor all participants exposed to GLPG CAR T-cell therapies for 15 years following their last CAR T-cell infusion to assess the risk of delayed adverse events (AEs) and the long-term benefit/risk profile and to monitor for replication-competent lentivirus (RCL) and CAR-T cell persistence.

A Study in Adult Patients With Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) to Evaluate How Safe Long-term Treatment With Pozelimab + Cemdisiran Combination Therapy is and How Well it Works

This study is researching an experimental treatment combination with two experimental drugs called pozelimab and cemdisiran. The study is focused on people with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH). The aim of this study is to see how safe and effective the pozelimab + cemdisiran combination is for people with PNH in the long term. The pozelimab + cemdisiran combination may be referred to as "study drugs" in this section. This study is looking at several other research questions, including: * How effective is the pozelimab + cemdisiran combination? * What side effects may happen from taking the study drugs? * How much of each study drug is in the blood at different times? * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drugs (which could make the drugs less effective or could lead to side effects)

A Clinical Study of Raludotatug Deruxtecan in People With Ovarian Cancer (MK-5909-003)

Researchers are looking for other ways to treat relapsed high-grade serous ovarian cancer. Relapsed means the cancer came back after treatment. High-grade means the cancer cells grow and spread quickly. Serous means the cancer started in the cells that cover the ovaries, the lining of the belly, or in the fallopian tubes. Standard treatment (usual treatment) for people with relapsed high-grade serous ovarian cancer may include: * Chemotherapy, which is a treatment that uses medicine to destroy cancer cells or stop them from growing * Targeted therapy, which is a treatment that works to control how specific types of cancer cells grow and spread Raludotatug deruxtecan (R-DXd) is a study treatment that is an antibody drug conjugate (ADC). An ADC attaches to a protein on cancer cells and delivers treatment to destroy those cells. Researchers want to know if R-DXd is safe to take with other treatments and if people tolerate them together. They also want to learn how many people have the cancer respond (gets smaller or goes away) to the treatments.
