History and physical\u002Fneurological examination consistent with acute stroke.\n2. Age ≥18 years;\n3. Time from symptom onset to enrollment \\\u003C3 hours (onset defined as last known normal).\n4. Systolic blood pressure ≥150 mmHg and ≤220 mmHg;\n5. Pre-stroke modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score ≤2;\n6.
