Chronic Rhinosinusitis

This is a multicenter, randomized, continuing, Phase II expansion trial to evaluate the safety, efficacy, and immunogenicity of two doses of TQH2722 in the long-term treatment of severe chronic sinusitis with or without nasal polyps.

Investigators tried to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Chinese herbal medicine nasal irrigation as an adjuvant therapy after FESS.

The goal of the proposed project is to assess the efficacy, safety, and patient experience of budesonide administered via the NasoNeb system for medical management of CRS. The authors propose a randomized controlled trial of nebulized budesonide via the NasoNeb compared against budesonide lavage.

The purpose of the study is to evaluate the therapeutic effect of erythromycin phonophoresis in reducing chronic rhinosinusitis.

The goal of this clinical trial is to validate the effectiveness of the modified olfactory training device, the main questions it aims to answer are: Is it possible that the device can treat postoperative olfactory dysfunction in patients with chronic sinusitis? Compared to the conventional device, how efficient is the modified olfactory training device for treating postoperative olfactory dysfunction in patients with chronic sinusitis?

This observatory aims to collect, as widely as possible, the Italian cases of patients with uncontrolled CRS. Patient will be enrolled by the centers of the Italian Network of Rhinosinusitis (Rhinosinusitis Italian Network: RINET), and they will be treated using a multidisciplinary team approach (allergists, otolaryngologists and pneumologists) in a real-world clinical set-up. This real-life chronic rhinosinusitis registry aims at longitudinal data collection from patients attending specialist care centres across Italy.
