Current biopsy-based diagnoses of rejection (using Banff 2022 criteria) suffer from variability and limited sensitivity. PANDA-Kids-ATLAS will analyze up to 600 pediatric FFPE kidney biopsies across multiple centres using the Banff Human Organ Transplant (B-HOT) NanoString panel to develop and validate molecular classifiers of AMR, TCMR and related phenotypes. A secure REDCap database will integrate molecular, pathological and clinical data, aiming to improve early detection, personalize therapy, and enhance long-term graft survival and patient quality of life.",[25],"Kidney Rejection Transplant",[27,28,29,30,31],"transcriptomics","pediatric kidney transplantation","allograft rejection","precision diagnosis","molecular classifiers","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2025-07-28",{"date":35,"type":36},"2025-07-29","ACTUAL",{"date":38,"type":21},"2025-09-01",{"date":40,"type":21},"2028-12-31",{"name":42,"class":43},"Paris Translational Research Center for Organ Transplantation","OTHER",1,{"id":46,"slug":4,"hasResults":10,"nctId":47,"briefTitle":48,"officialTitle":49,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":50,"healthyVolunteers":10,"sex":16,"minAge":51,"maxAge":52,"enrollmentInfo":53,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":22,"phases":4,"briefSummary":54,"conditions":55,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":56,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":57,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":58,"startDateStruct":60,"completionDateStruct":62,"leadSponsor":64,"locationsCount":65},"100542381","NCT06342128","Molecular Landscape of Microvascular Inflammation in Kidney Allografts","Comprehensive Multiscale Characterization of the Molecular Landscape of Microvascular Inflammation in Kidney Allografts","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n\\- Adult kidney transplant recipients, with at least one kidney transplant biopsy performed and assessed according to the international Banff 2022 classification, with or without lesions of microvascular inflammation\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Inadequate biopsy according to the Banff classification\n* Missing data for Banff lesion scores, donor-specific antibody status, C4d staining\n* Biopsies showing histological signs of ischemia-reperfusion\n* Combined transplantation and kidney transplantation after a non-kidney solid organ transplantation","18 Years","100 Years",{"count":20,"type":21},"Microvascular inflammation in kidney allografts has been widely reappraised in the recent update of Banff classification.
