Dryness\n  2. Itching\n  3. Burning\n  4. Bleeding\n  5. Blistering\n  6. Soreness\n  7. Easily bruises\n  8. Easily tears\n  9. Ulcerated lesions\n  10. Painful intercourse\n* Negative urine pregnancy test if subject is of childbearing potential before enrollment\n* Absence of vulvovaginal infection i.e. fungi, bacterial vaginosis, and STI\n* Ability to understand and sign informed consent, questionnaires, and all investigation requirements\n* Willing to consent to clinical photographs of the treatment area\n* Willing to consent to ultrasound images of the treatment area\n* Willing and able to logistically follow schedule of treatments and follow-up visits\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Pregnancy, less than 3 months postpartum, or planning to become pregnant during the investigation to protect integrity of the data\n* Is a nursing mother\n* History of uncontrolled malignant disease\n* Active urogenital infection or chronic infection (i.e., candida, herpes, herpes simplex, bacterial vaginosis, trichomoniasis, or other infection)\n* Immunocompromised (e.g., lymphoma, AIDS, Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome)\n* Subjects with genital skin disease, psoriasis due to risk of koeberizing\n* Subjects on immunosuppressants: mycophenolate, retinoids, azathioprine, cyclosporin\n* Known allergy or intolerance to local anesthesia\n* Known history of connective tissue disease\n* Known propensity for keloid formations\n* Known medical condition that may affect wound healing\n* Any reason that the investigator deems prohibits participation in the investigation",true,"FEMALE","18 Years",{"count":19,"type":20},50,"ESTIMATED","INTERVENTIONAL",[23],"NA","Fractional ablative laser treatment for Lichen Sclerosus lesion",[26],"Lichen Sclerosus Lesion","RECRUITING","2026-04-21",{"date":30,"type":31},"2026-04-23","ACTUAL",{"date":33,"type":31},"2024-03-01",{"date":35,"type":20},"2027-12-30",{"name":37,"class":38},"Sciton","INDUSTRY",""]
