Researchers will compare results from the NEO-Match® test with standard clinical outcomes, imaging findings, and pathology results to evaluate its predictive and diagnostic performance.\n\nParticipants will:\n\n* Undergo a standard-of-care pancreatic biopsy or surgical procedure\n* Provide an additional biopsy sample for research analysis using the ARTIDIS ART-1 device\n* Continue to receive standard treatment and care, which is not influenced by the study\n* Have clinical data, imaging results, and treatment outcomes collected\n* Be followed every 3 months for up to 2 years\n\nThe study does not involve experimental treatment or changes to standard medical care. The information collected may help improve future diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment selection for patients with pancreatic cancer.",[26,27,28,29],"Pancreatic Cancer","Pancreatic Neoplasms","Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC)","Pancreatic Lesions Located at the Body or the Tail",[31,32,33,34,35,26],"Atomic Force Microscopy","Neoadjuvant Therapy","Nanomechanical Profiling","NEO-Match","Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma","RECRUITING","2026-04-14",{"date":39,"type":40},"2026-04-21","ACTUAL",{"date":42,"type":20},"2026-04",{"date":44,"type":20},"2030-05",{"name":46,"class":47},"ARTIDIS AG","INDUSTRY",1,{"id":50,"slug":4,"hasResults":10,"nctId":51,"briefTitle":52,"officialTitle":52,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":53,"healthyVolunteers":10,"sex":16,"minAge":17,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":54,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":56,"phases":4,"briefSummary":57,"conditions":58,"keywords":61,"overallStatus":64,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":65,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":66,"startDateStruct":68,"completionDateStruct":70,"leadSponsor":72,"locationsCount":4},"100625578","NCT07424456","Comparison Between Triphasic CT Abdomen and EUS-FNB in Characterization of Pancreatic Lesion","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* \\*Adult patients (age\\>18 years) presenting with focal pancreatic lesions detected on initial imaging.\n\n * Patients referred for further evaluation by triphasic CT and\u002For EUS-guided biopsy.\n * Patients able to provide informed consent\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Previous pancreatic surgery.\n\n * Known metastatic disease at presentation.\n * Contraindications to contrast-enhanced CT (e.g. severe renal impairment, contrast allergy)\n * Contraindications to EUS or biopsy (e.g., coagulopathy uncorrected, severe cardiopulmonary instability).\n * Pregnancy.",{"count":55,"type":20},50,"OBSERVATIONAL","evaluate the relationship between triphasic CT and EUS findings and the characterization of pancreatic lesions.",[59,60,29],"EUS Guided Biopsy","CT Scan",[62,63],"Triphasic Ct abdomen vs EUS-FNB","EUS-FNB","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-02-13",{"date":67,"type":40},"2026-02-20",{"date":69,"type":20},"2026-02-01",{"date":71,"type":20},"2027-04-01",{"name":73,"class":74},"Assiut University","OTHER",""]
