Significant vascular or neurological compromise.\n\n    * Acute meniscal tears, acute anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) ruptures, or acute injuries to the medial or lateral collateral ligaments.\n\n      * Compromised local soft tissue integrity, including open fractures. ⑥.
