This will be used to detect changes in B-regulatory cell populations in pollen and insect venom allergic patients who are receiving routine allergen immunotherapy treatment. The primary question this study aims to answer is;\n\n1). Are changes in blood B-regulatory cells associated with successful allergen immunotherapy treatment, and therefore do these changes suggest patients have developed a suitable level of allergen tolerance and reduction in their allergic symptoms upon re-exposure to the causal allergen.\n\nPatients will also be asked to complete quality of life questionnaire periodically throughout the study to determine if there are associations between variation in B-regulatory cell populations in blood and allergic symptoms experienced.",[24,25],"Pollen Allergy","Venom Allergy",[24,25,27,28,29],"Allergen Immunotherapy","B-regulatory cells","dust mite allergy","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-06-22",{"date":33,"type":34},"2026-06-23","ACTUAL",{"date":36,"type":20},"2026-08-01",{"date":38,"type":20},"2027-09-30",{"name":40,"class":41},"Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust","OTHER_GOV",1,{"id":44,"slug":4,"hasResults":10,"nctId":45,"briefTitle":46,"officialTitle":46,"acronym":47,"eligibilityCriteria":48,"healthyVolunteers":15,"sex":16,"minAge":17,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":49,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":51,"phases":52,"briefSummary":54,"conditions":55,"keywords":56,"overallStatus":60,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":61,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":62,"startDateStruct":64,"completionDateStruct":66,"leadSponsor":68,"locationsCount":42},"100570969","NCT06714149","Impacts of Nitrogen Deposition in the Natural Environment on Pollen Allergy in Belgium","NITROPOL-BE","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Positive skin prick test for grass and\u002For birch pollen\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Desensitization therapy during the last two years",{"count":50,"type":20},200,"INTERVENTIONAL",[53],"NA","The investigators want to study the effect of environmental nitrogen enrichment on the allergy burden in pollen-sensitized subjects.",[24],[57,58,59],"Nitrogen","Pollution","Pollen allergy","RECRUITING","2024-12-02",{"date":63,"type":34},"2024-12-03",{"date":65,"type":34},"2022-06-29",{"date":67,"type":20},"2025-04",{"name":69,"class":70},"prof. dr.
