Pain and Substance P Levels After Bioceramic vs Calcium Hydroxide Intracanal Medicaments in Symptomatic Apical Periodontitis","Clinical Evaluation of the Postoperative Pain and Substance P Levels Following the Use of Bioceramic Verses Calcium Hydroxide Intracanal Medicaments in Permanent Mandibular Molars With Symptomatic Apical Periodontitis","(BCvsCaOH)","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* \\- Patients aged 18-45 years with no sex predilection\n* Medically free Patients with no systemic conditions that can affect post operative pain response.\n* Patients should not be taking any pain medications 24 hours before intervention\n* Positive patients' acceptance for participating in the study\n* Patient able to sign informed consent\n* Permanent mandibular molars diagnosis with Symptomatic Apical Periodontitis\n* Permanent molars without any anatomical variations or severe curvatures\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* \\- Medically compromised patients\n* Patients who have received antibiotic therapy within the last 2 weeks.\n* Pregnant or lactating women.\n* Patients with known allergy to any of the irrigants used.\n* Patients with swelling or acute peri-apical abscess or fistulous tract.\n* Teeth that have:\n* Wide or open apex .\n* Vital pulp tissue .\n* Periodontally affected with grade 2or 3 mobility.\n* Non restorable teeth .\n* Abnormal anatomy and calcified of the Pain Levels of Single-Dose Premedication With Piroxicam and Prednisolone on Post-Endodontic Pain in Single-Visit Root Canal Treatment of Premolars","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Healthy patient ranging between 18-40 years\n* Having at least one premolar with diagnosis of symptomatic irreversible pulpitis according to history, examination and radiographs.\n* Teeth having mature apex confirmed
