The overarching goal of this project is to optimize the PrEP Choice integrated mHealth package and assess the efficacy and cost of PrEP Choice on PrEP initiation and adherence among young people. It is hypothesized that PrEP Choice will improve HIV PrEP uptake and adherence among young people and will be cost-effective to deliver to young people in the United States (U.S.). This study will also assess the uptake, adherence, and acceptability of DoxyPEP among young people.

The LYPS intervention is a multi-level intervention that combines: a) structural-level delivery of PrEP and PrEP services by a community health professional (CHP) at a designated place in the community being offered by the SC where PrEP is not yet provided (e.g., participant's home, community partner location, or traveling mobile van), with b) an individual-level mobile application (app) to support PrEP adherence and persistence between CHP visits.

The use of behavioral intervention to reduce stimulant use and concurrent HIV sexual transmission risk.

The goal of this open-label, randomized trial is to assess the efficacy of doxycycline prophylaxis in reducing incidences of bacterial sexually transmitted infections (STIs) among adolescent and young adult females while also evaluating acceptability and antimicrobial resistance in order to inform public health policy.

The Plasma Protein Therapeutics Association (PPTA) sponsors the Cohort of Repeat Donor Experiences (CORE) Study. This is a prospective, observational cohort study that will follow Source Plasma donors for up to 2 years during the main study (anticipated to begin in summer 2026) and up to 3 months during the pilot launching in mid-March 2026. This study aims to confirm a lack of negative health effects Source Plasma donors may experience as a result of frequent plasmapheresis. The study will use data obtained through self-report surveys for the duration of the study along with periodic whole blood sample collections to test for CRP, ferritin, and IgG.
